RESIDENTIAL FIRE REBUILD SERVICES

Expert Residential Design and Engineering Services for Fire-Damaged Homes

RPM Team specializes in providing comprehensive Residential Design and Engineering Services to homeowners and builders affected by wildfires. We understand the urgency and emotional weight of a fire rebuild, and our goal is to simplify the entire process for you. From initial design to final construction, we are your trusted partner in turning a devastating loss into a safe, beautiful, and resilient new home.

We work with you to provide solutions that are traditional built, or modular, and utilize fire-resistant products like Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). Our expertise ensures your new home is not only built to code but also designed to withstand future challenges. We also manage your permit applications and can connect you with experienced builders who specialize in fire rebuilds, creating a seamless path from design to completion.

Our Partners

We work closely with innovative manufacturers to provide cutting-edge solutions for fire rebuilds. Here are some of the concepts we've adopted to improve our services:

  • Roof and Realm: Their designs incorporate steel-frame construction, offering superior fire, earthquake, and wind resistance. They focus on durable, eco-friendly, and fire-retardant materials to provide a faster, more affordable, and more resilient alternative to traditional stick-built construction. They also offer solar-ready homes to help you embrace clean energy from day one.

  • Azure Printed Homes: They explore sustainable and efficient construction methods, including robotic printing with recycled materials. This approach allows us to build with minimal waste and accelerate construction timelines, giving you a faster path to moving back home.

  • Boxabl

  • IntegraSpec

Los Angeles County Self-Certification Program

We are knowledgeable and familiar with Los Angeles County's self-certification program, which can significantly expedite the permit process for eligible projects. We aim to leverage this program to help you get your home rebuilt and your life back on track as quickly as possible.

Locations Served: Addressing California's Wildfire Impact

RPM Team is deeply committed to supporting communities affected by wildfires across California. We have extensive experience working in areas impacted by recent major fires, providing the specialized structural engineering services needed for resilient rebuilds. Our expertise covers regions and specific incidents including:

San Luis Obispo County:

  • Madre Fire (since July 2, 2025): The largest wildfire in California this year, burning around 80,779 acres. We understand the challenges faced by rural communities near the Carrizo Plain National Monument.

Riverside County:

  • Wolf Fire (since June 29, 2025, near Banning): Consumed approximately 2,400 acres, causing evacuations.

Los Angeles & Ventura Counties (January 2025 Fires): This period saw a devastating firestorm involving 14 major wildfires, burning approximately 57,600 acres and destroying over 18,000 structures. Our services are vital for rebuilding efforts in communities impacted by:

  • Palisades Fire (Jan 7–31, 2025): Scorched roughly 23,400 acres and was the most destructive wildfire in Los Angeles city history.

  • Eaton Fire (Jan 7–31, 2025): Burned around 14,000 acres, making it the second-most destructive fire in California history.

  • Hughes Fire (Jan 22, 2025, near Castaic Lake): Burned over 10,400 acres, causing evacuations.

  • Border 2 Fire (San Diego County, Jan 23, 2025, in Otay Mountain Wilderness): Burned around 6,600 acres.

We are ready to assist homeowners and developers in these and other fire-affected regions across California. Our goal is to provide the structural integrity and design innovation needed to rebuild safer, stronger, and more resilient homes.
