This facility is being designed to provide safe, dignified housing coupled with essential on-site services and case management, offering residents a clear pathway to stability.

Leveraging New Technology for Affordability

The innovative approach to construction is critical to making this project cost-effective and scalable. We are utilizing modular housing units from Azure, a company at the forefront of building technology. These units combine the strength of structural and light-gauge steel with advanced 3D-printed panels. This unique hybrid allows us to efficiently construct a three-story building at a highly competitive cost, making quality housing more accessible.

RPM's Comprehensive Role

As the project moves through development, RPM is providing a complete suite of services to ensure efficiency and control:

• Concept and Program Development: We established the foundational vision and functional requirements for the site and the units.

• Full Design Disciplines: RPM is performing all necessary design work, from architecture and engineering through to site development.

• Procurement and Owners Representative Services: We are managing the selection and acquisition of materials and contractors, while also acting as the owners' representative to safeguard Urban Shelters’ interests and budget throughout the process.
