Modernizing Discovery Bay

The Town of Discovery Bay in Northern California embarked on a project to modernize their existing administrative building, aiming for contemporary 21st-century standards. To achieve their vision and unique operational requirements, they partnered with Mobile Modular's custom division to create a state-of-the-art, factory-built modular structure. Recognizing the need for comprehensive design expertise, Mobile Modular entrusted RPM Team to develop both the modular building and the surrounding site design.

Comprehensive Design Services for a Tailored Solution

RPM Team provided a full suite of design services for this project, encompassing architectural, civil, and landscape design. Our team collaborated closely with the Town of Discovery Bay to understand their specific operational needs and translate them into a functional and aesthetically pleasing design. Simultaneously, we worked in tandem with Mobile Modular's factory engineering team, ensuring seamless integration of the modular building design with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance requirements.
