Metal Stud, Light Gauge Steel (LGS), and Cold Form
With extensive experience in cold form-steel, panelized construction, and FrameCAD software for light gauge metal framing, RPM can assist specialty contractors and TI builders with metal stud engineering. Our cold-form knowledge allows our team to create strategic details that marry different configurations to successfully avoid HSS and steel moment frames. In addition to our software expertise, including MWF, Hudson, and Arkitech, we are experienced in working with clash detection, STC ratings, and fire-rated assemblies.
Concrete and Foundation
RPM offers various concrete and foundational services and can consolidate multiple footings in one continuous pour. When tasked with avoiding underground utilities, we know how to engineer shallow foundations, and we keep our concrete under 3,000 PSI, when possible, to avoid special inspections. Our scope of work can offer a multitude of bolted, wet set, poured-in-place, and anchorage options; depending on the timeline, we may be able to work with fast curing products. With a team of high-skilled professionals, we can creatively engineer solid structure systems in poor soil conditions.
Stairs and Temporary Structures
As experts in anchorage design and temporary structures for construction, including shoring and scaffolding, RPM Team can assist General Contractors and specialty subcontractors on-site. We have worked with manta ray earth anchors and multiple helical pile manufacturers, including Ideal and GoliathTech. Additionally, we can provide calculations and stamping for steel and stair fabricators and have designed custom stair and railing systems.
